1. ALL DRILLS MUST BE PERFORMED WITH BOTH HANDS
2. USE YOUR GLOVES, ARM PADS AND HELMET
3. STAND 5 YARDS FROM THE WALL. BE ATRIPLE THREAT(STAND SIDEWAYS). Shooter, Feeder, and Dodger!
4. Bring your music!
DRILLS: (50 Times each hand)
1. Catch with Cradle (One cradle only-get the ball out of your stick quickly)
2. 1 hand only, catch and one cradle
3. Quick stick
4. 1 hand only, quick stick
5. Throw R catch L, throw L catch R (Stand square to the wall- both shoulders pointed at the wall).
6. Quick Stick- Change hands on every toss while ball is in the air. Again stand square to the wall.
7. Cross handed (Stand square)
8. Triple Threat, Catch & face dodge
9. Split dodge-throw right, catch right, split dodge to left hand, throw left, catch left, split back to right hand
10. Run along wall throw R catch R, Run back throw L catch L (2X)
