2010 Smithtown Youth Boys Lacrosse Online Registration

Registration Fee:

$155.00 includes Membership in US Lacrosse
Additional Child Discount: $10 off the normal registration fee.

PLEASE NOTE: You must complete the Registration Form AND Pay Online in order to register your child.

Fee includes:

Jersey, mouthpiece,  US Lacrosse membership & Referee Fees. Players must provide their own equipment. If needed, the league will provide shoulder pads and a helmet to players in the Kindergarten/1st Grade Division. We will do our best to accomodate certain requests.
